  1. Wear long sleeves, long pants, socks and boots when hiking in areas where there are likely to be insects.
  2. Use a natural insect repellant like Neem oil mixed with Coconut oil or Citronella oil.
  3. If you are traveling in an area where there are mosquitoes ,sleep under a repellent-treated insect net.
